@Bonnie : What do you think of the above image as something different? Look below for more examples of this and traditional images… welcome your thoughts and feedback on this

@Vicky Bagwalla I really love the concept of bringing the organic growth into the cathedral, very cool 🔥 I think it’s an interesting take on the lovers because they are also the twins, which is reflected well in the card as the men very similar. Have you considered doing 2 females as well? What this image does better compared to the examples is it shows more closeness/intimacy than the others. It also shows more organic light through the sunset, rather than coming out of nowhere 😊

Some tips that we use in Midjourney when doing prompts to get the correct fingers / amount of appendages like wings/arms/etc is to put the phrases “anatomically correct” + “no deformities in front of the characters to make them a bit more accurate. So you could do like “anatomically correct phoenix with no deformities to make something a bit more accurate!

@Vicky Bagwalla I still really like the 2nd rendition of this card too, but I think overall the organic overgrowth in the cathedral adds to the story, and them having their hands on eachother adds to the intimacy. I would try to make it a bit brighter (if it fits) and fix the wing. Eyes might need fixing too depending on what the light brings out.

@Bonnie : Go for it

Poem Beneath gothic arches, light does play, Two souls converge, night meets the day. Phoenix rises, love's fire does show,

In sacred space, true passions grow, Their world alight, bound by fate's thread, In whispered vows, their truths are said.

Among ancient stones, love stands the test, Time's fleeting dance, in stillness, rests.

Description Nestled within the heart of an ornate cathedral, where the last vestiges of the day's light pierce through ornamental stained glass, two ethereal beings stand locked in an intimate embrace. Their expressions, tender and profound, speak of a bond that transcends time. A majestic phoenix, illuminated in fiery red, takes flight above them, casting a luminous glow that bathes the lovers in warmth. The surroundings, adorned with candles, flora, and an ancient lantern, create an ambiance of mysticism and transcendental beauty.

Positive (Upright) This card speaks of relationships and connections that are deep, spiritual, and transcend the boundaries of mere physical attraction. Such unions are based on mutual respect, understanding, and an unwavering trust that forms the bedrock of their bond. It signifies a phase where one is guided by purity of intentions, clarity in communication, and a desire to grow and evolve together. This alignment, steeped in genuine affection and admiration, results in a bond that is unbreakable and resilient against external influences. It's the kind of love that poets and artists have immortalized in their works, a love that's both eternal and transcendent.

Negative (Reversed) In its reversed state, this card warns of miscommunication, mistrust, or external influences that might be causing rifts in relationships. It suggests a possible disconnect between partners, where intentions are misunderstood or feelings aren't reciprocated in the desired manner. This can lead to feelings of isolation, insecurity, and doubts about the longevity of the relationship. It serves as a reminder to reflect upon one's own actions, to communicate openly with one's partner, and to ensure that external influences or past experiences aren't clouding current judgments.

Analysis Drawing from classic romanticism and imbued with elements of fantasy, "Ephemeral Embrace (The Lovers Redux)" is not just about romantic love but spiritual and eternal connection. The phoenix, a symbol of rebirth and immortality, represents the cyclical nature of love and relationships. It suggests that every ending has a new beginning, and every relationship, no matter how challenging, offers lessons and opportunities for growth. The cathedral setting, with its timeless architecture, implies that love, in its purest form, is eternal and transcends the confines of time and space.
